We start with the basics of tourism and tour organization and progressively move on to hands-on tasks such as creating a travel schedule, organizing transport and accommodation, and handling customer requests and problems.
All this is done in the context of practical tourism applications. When the course is completed, students have a clear picture of how travel planning is actually conducted in travel agencies, and they are able to put these skills to use both when working in a travel agency, as an independent travel agent, and so forth.
